How will we communicate?

However you prefer. Weekly check ins is preferable and highly beneficial.

They dont have to be lengthy, I am here to make your life easier and free up your time.

How do I know how many hours I would require each month?

The best way to measure this is by tracking the time spent each week on your daily, weekly and monthly repeated tasks.

Similarly, a list of jobs that you review as "time wasting" or that you procrastinate over. Then we can work together to establish how many hours per month it would take to remove these frictions and free up your time to concentrate on your business.

What hours do you work?

We are generally available during business hours but this also depends on the need of your business and different working hours may be agreed in advance.

We will always agree deadlines in advance and if situations change then the client will be the first to know. An open and constant dialogue is always preferred particularly during a project management task.

What Insurance do you have?

We have professional indemnity insurance and we are fully registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) for data protection purposes, so your data is protected.

All clients will receive a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), an agreement between a data controller (your company) and a data processor (Crosbie Executive Support). This is also known as a GPDR data processing agreement.

Clients will sign an agreement outlining terms and conditions which includes a confidentiality agreement for your assurance.

Crosbie Executive support is a member of the Society of Virtual Assistants and comply with their code of ethics and standards.
