Services and Prices
Most clients work with me on a monthly retainer. If you would rather start with a single piece of work, project support is available too.
Monthly Retainers
Retainers suit ongoing work, because the value comes from me knowing your business well enough to act without being asked.

Project Support
£45 an hour, billed in 15-minute blocks. Scope and cost are agreed before I start, so there are no surprises. It suits:
- An inbox reset or diary overhaul
- Support through a launch, event or bid
- Process documentation or a systems tidy-up
- Extra capacity during a busy spell
If none of these quite fits, tell me what you need and I'll suggest something that does.
How it works
- Book a call and tell me what is costing you time. I listen before I suggest anything.
- I send a written proposal with a recommended package and a clear price.
- Onboarding starts straight away, using my CLEAR method: Clarify, Layout, Embed, Anticipate, Refine.
- Support continues month to month, with a review every quarter to keep it right for you.
Questions people ask
I'm not sure what I need, or which package is right.
That's normal, and it's what the first call is for. We'll work it out from what is actually costing you time.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contract. Your package can move up or down at any quarterly review as your business changes.
How is my information kept safe?
Confidentiality has been central to my whole career. I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and carry professional indemnity insurance.
Not sure where to start?
A short call, no obligation, and an honest answer about whether I am the right fit for you.
